Position Overview:
Join our client as a Rail Industry Trainer and Assessor in New South Wales & Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will lead various rail infrastructure safety training and induction courses.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting Cert II and Cert III Rail inductions, along with operational and specialised short courses. Assessing trainees' skills, knowledge, and abilities through diverse evaluation methods to ensure compliance with industry standards. Developing and refining training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and assessment tools, to meet current regulations and best practices. Staying updated on industry advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to continuously enhance training effectiveness. Maintaining meticulous records of training sessions, assessments, and trainee progress to uphold regulatory and organisational standards. Essential Criteria: Minimum 5 years of recent experience in Rail operations, infrastructure training, or related roles. Certification in Cert II or III Rail Infrastructure. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Cert IV Training & Assessment or above. Proficiency in computer usage and technology. Ability to work independently as needed.
