We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer Assessor (Heavy Industry), to join a successful company that is experiencing rapid growth, and expanding their teams in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in current industry experience for the industries serviced (including but not limited to Resources, Civil, Construction, Utilities, Transport)
Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering high quality training programs and conducting assessments, in line with relevant units of competency and qualifications, at the company and client facilities.Identifying training needs of students and developing appropriate training plans to address these needs.Conducting assessments of employee knowledge and skills to determine competency and identify areas for improvement.Providing feedback for the SME - Subject Matter Expert for ongoing review of the development, training and assessment resources.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of training and assessment activities, and providing support with the maintenance of the training facilitiesRequirements:
Within the last 2 years, demonstrated work experience in the units delivered.Extensive experience in developing and delivering training in the heavy industry.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Hold a Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116)Participate in ongoing professional development, Vocational Education and TrainingWillingness to pass medical and drug tests, and be of a high level of physical fitness.Looking for Trainers in any of the following skills sets:
General - Confined Space, Gas Test, Breathing Apparatus, Working at heights, First Aid, CPR, LVR, 4WDCivil - Trenching & Shoring, Plant & Machinery, Overhead & Underground Services, Load shiftingHigh Risk Work - Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging, Cranes, ScaffoldingAgricultural - ACDC, Chainsaw, Weed & SeedTraffic Control & ManagementOther - Asbestos, White CardWhats on offer:
