About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Trainers/Assessors to join our team in delivering a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Tropical Biosecurity course to Indigenous Rangers in Northern Australia.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a vital program that empowers Indigenous communities and protects Australia's unique environment.
Essential Criteria:


Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
Desirable but not essential relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Agriculture, Biology)



Experience:
Proven experience in delivering adult education and training programs.
Experience working with Indigenous communities (highly desirable).
Experience in delivering training in remote or regional areas (highly desirable).
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to providing high-quality training and support to learners.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and cultural contexts.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
