Trainer / Assessor and Content DeveloperDiscover Your Next Role We're seeking a Trainer Assessor & Content Developer to deliver engaging onboarding inductions and create innovative training content.
In this dual-focused role, you'll lead impactful inductions and develop effective learning materials across web-based, instructor-led, and virtual classroom formats.

Your Role in Action Collaborate to Create Meaningful Content: Work closely with peers, subject matter experts, and business partners to develop accurate and relevant training materials.Create Training That Drives Engagement: Design training and assessment content for web-based, instructor-led, and virtual classroom formats.Master Digital Tools for Tailored Learning: Leverage digital authoring tools to create targeted and impactful training programs.Embed Safety and Compliance in Learning: Ensure training content aligns with EHS legislation and compliance frameworks.Lead Inductions That Make a Difference: Deliver onboarding inductions in formats that suit diverse learning styles—web-based, instructor-led, and virtual classrooms.Keep Training Records on Point: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee training records with precision and care.Your Winning Combination Our ideal candidate will bring experience in the delivery of instructor-led training programs, creation of online learning materials and proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
A Queensland "C" Class driver's licence is essential.
