We now have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Hastings Deering Learning team as an Apprentice Trainer, located at our learning facility in Brisbane.
No training qualifications are required; we will support you through your development journey to become a qualified trainer and assessor.
We are looking for someone with a desire to improve the trade and help the next generation as part of a great and supportive team.
This is a great opportunity for a Tradesperson looking to develop and transition across from the tools to a fulfilling role.
6 annual weeks leave will form part of the package to ensure a positive work-life balance.
As an Apprentice Trainer you will:Teach the next generation of tradespeople through their apprenticeship.Be part of a best practice apprenticeship program you can be proud of.Facilitate a safe, positive and open learning experience for our Apprentices.Develop and maintain training in our apprenticeship program to continue to meet Hastings Deering Learning & Development standards.Learn about and then assist in maintaining compliance of training courses delivered.Work as part of a supportive team with the support of an experienced leadership structure.Why Hastings Deering?At Hastings Deering, our people come first – from their first day with us right up to their last.

Certificate III in Diesel Fitting (e.g. AUR31220 Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or MEM30205 - Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade; other relevant or equivalent qualifications will be considered).Relevant post-apprenticeship experience within the resources industry or CAT experience (e.g. machine maintenance, repair, and/or Cat dealership experience).A genuine interest in sharing knowledge and experience to support the Apprentice learning journey to develop the future tradespeople for Hastings Deering and its customers.To Apply:Hit the 'Apply Now' button.
