Head Office - Remote Working Belgravia Academy is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia. Our core areas of business and facilities stewardship include health clubs, wellness and spa, golf, aquatic, and sporting venues in 250 locations across Australia and New Zealand.
The RTO is an Enterprise RTO – meaning it exists to serve its own staff. Now we are expanding our programs and services to further support BHLG, and provide our programs and services beyond Belgravia.
The Role We are currently looking for suitably qualified Trainer/Assessors to deliver CPR and First Aid courses on a casual basis – both weekdays and weekend work available. The successful candidates will work as required depending on the operational needs of the business and will be required to train and assess our clients and the general public. This role can be performed remotely.
Responsibilities: Present high-quality training to class participants with Belgravia Academy resources. Excellent work attitude and the ability to work independently. Outstanding time management. Good written and communication skills. Share your knowledge and skills in your area of expertise. Development of your Trainer/Assessor matrix to support training requirements. Meet RTO compliance requirements by seeking regular professional development opportunities and industry experience. Requirements: TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent). Qualified trainer who has experience delivering the courses required. Able to communicate course material in a clear, concise, and engaging manner in accordance with Belgravia Academy curriculum. First Aid and Pool Lifeguard training package knowledge and experience in this course delivery would be a distinct advantage. Must be flexible with availability. Drivers Licence (a reimbursement policy is applied for excess travel).
