It's a fully-fledged service similar to a 'turn-key' concept that allows RTO owners to focus on their own forte rather than be 'stressed' over particular aspects of the RTO business with which they are not familiar.In addition to providing services to RTOs across Australia, we take great pride in managing the operations of a select group of esteemed RTOs who are dedicated to delivering nationally recognised Australian qualifications accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).Committed to upholding the highest standards of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework, our affiliated colleges ensure that the qualifications acquired are not only esteemed within Australia but also hold global recognition.The RoleAs a Trainer and Assessor in Telecommunication Engineering, the role is responsible for the delivery of Telecommunication and Network Engineering and providing high-level administration support for Client – RTO.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Set up and/or run units of competency (UoC) in the learning management system for students/staff members in accordance with policy and procedure.Provide delivery of training and assessment on online learning platform (e-learning platform) (e.g., casting videos, preparing scripts, developing training materials).Obtain/maintain the currency of vocational competencies and industry experience.Create and maintain own HR matrix, PD plan, and PD logbook in accordance with the college policies and procedures.Assist in developing and monitoring the Intervention Strategy Plan (ISP).Exercise duty of care in dealings with students and staff members.Essential Skills and Experience:Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Telecommunication Engineering or Network Engineering.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (preferable).Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, particularly with those from various and diverse backgrounds.Very strong communicator who effectively inspires participation and conveys information effectively to gain commitment from others.Strong written communication skills to a high standard in order to prepare documentation and work with areas of the business responsible for implementation.Demonstrated skills in the delivery and assessment of regulatory and competency-based training.Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.Ability to resolve and manage student complaints and student matters.Competent knowledge of ASQA compliance and other applicable standards and legislation.Sound skills in computer operations and business systems relevant to the role and comply with e-learning methodologies.Registration/Membership/licensing with regulatory facilities based on the qualification delivered.Advanced to proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Ability to effectively work within a diverse and multicultural environment.Strong grasp of diversity management, particularly in interactions with students and staff from a wide array of cultures and backgrounds.An understanding of the standards for RTOs, including ESOS regulations framework for VET Providers and RTO regulation and relevant policies will be an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
