OverviewSEE TrainerBe part of the team at MAX and support people on their learning journey. We are expanding our team and would love you to join us! You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
The Opportunity:Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills trainingEngage students using effective learning techniques and maintain a student-centered approachIdentify barriers to learning to support student attendanceBring learning to life for students and use different forms of communication to gain positive outcomesConduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirementsAbout you:Ability to work with diverse participantsA driven, supportive, and community-minded person working with learners, including non-English speakers, to support them in building future opportunities through learningAble to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills to complete education and gain employmentCapacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentExcellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within the vocational areaQualifications: Bachelor of Education with TESOL or an undergraduate degree or teacher qualification with a Graduate Diploma or Education or postgraduate TESOLKnowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferredNext steps:If you have a passion for helping people, please click "apply" to find out more about the role.
