We are seeking a TRAINER AND ASSESSOR to join our rehabilitation projects across Blackwater, Caval Ridge, Peak Downs and Saraji mine sites.

What's in it for you: Full-time position - holiday and sick benefitsFIFO - Provided flights from BrisbaneFortnightly Shift Allowance Super paid on all hours Day shift only, 7&7 rosterLong Term positionsWe are an organisation that values its employees and team cultureTasks & responsibilities Reporting to our Clients Lead trainer Assessor your role will consist of delivering training to new to industry operators and upskilling our current workforce.Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptlyKnowlege of Nationally Recognised Core Competency packages Your Skills & Qualifications:  Must hold current competence TAESS000015 - Enterprise Trainer and Assessor Skill set and the required experience to train on minimum four of the below equipment: Dozers D6- D11, Cat 140 & 150 Graders, 777's & 789 Haul Trucks, Moxy's, Bulk water, Heavy Rigid, Service Mine Plant and Equipment, Skid Steer, Tractor, IT Loader, Excavator up to 1900. Current RII Qualifications (essential) Evidence of being a Trainer and Assessor on a previous Mine siteCurrent Coal Board MedicalCurrent Standard 11 or BMA Core InductionValid Driver's LicenseDemonstrate understanding of civil works in mining-related operations, including the intricacies of the industry, safety protocols, and best practices. Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as a trainer and assessor?
How many years' experience do you have as a Multi Skilled Plant Operator?
Do you have mine site experience?
Do you have a current Coal Board Medical check?
Do you have a current BMA core or bridging induction?
Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?
