About the role We are currently seeking a Fitness Trainer and Assessor to join our team.
We have roles that require inspirational teachers to deliver training in Fitness. The qualifications we deliver are:
Certificate III in FitnessCertificate IV in FitnessKey responsibilities Trainers and assessors are required to: Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materialsProvide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programsMonitor, mark, and conduct student assessmentsPlan, review, and improve training and assessmentParticipate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvementQualifications and Experience: Must have SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness, SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness, and/or higher education degreeCurrent membership of an Australian fitness professional bodyLanguage, Literacy and Numeracy level that is appropriate to teach othersMust have a strong understanding of learning theory, particularly with course delivery for adults and higher educationA minimum of 2 years industry or professional experienceMust have Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higherHLTAID011 Provide First Aid is desirable but not essentialWhat makes working with us exciting: A supportive teamA positive and fun work environmentDiversity & Inclusion We celebrate our diversity and strive to reflect contemporary Australian society in order to better serve our students.
