About the role We are currently seeking a Counselling Trainer and Assessor to join our team in Sydney.
We have roles that require inspirational teachers to deliver training in Counselling. The qualification we deliver is:
Diploma of CounsellingKey responsibilities Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materialsProvide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programsMonitor, mark, and conduct student assessmentsQualifications and Experience: Strong experience in the counselling industry and working with recovery-oriented ApproachKeen interest in teaching others about the industryExperience in training teaching or lecturing is desirableConfidence and motivation to deliver first-class face-to-face educationSensitivity and ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgroundsCommitment, flexibility, initiative and the ability to work as part of a growing teamContinuing professional development requirements of the professional body to which they belongA relevant vocational qualification in counselling at the Degree or Diploma levelMinimum of 2 years industrial/professional experience.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent or higherCurrent Police CheckLanguage Literacy and Numeracy level which is appropriate to teach othersWhat makes working with us exciting: A supportive teamCareer progressionA positive and fun work environmentDiversity & Inclusion We celebrate our diversity and strive to reflect contemporary Australian society in order to better serve our students.
