Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and comprehensive training to students at our Townsville Campus.Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their skills and passion for the culinary arts.Develop and update course materials to ensure alignment with industry standards.Conduct quality training and assessment methods and provide constructive feedback to support all our students' learning journeys.Stay current with industry trends and innovations to deliver relevant and up-to-date instruction.Collaborate with the Leadership team to continuously improve the training program.Qualifications: Trade qualified in Commercial Cookery.Diploma of Hospitality Management.TAE (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) or equivalent teaching certification.Proven experience in commercial cookery and hospitality with a strong industry network.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals.Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.How to Apply: If you are thrilled at the idea of becoming a valued member of a dynamic team that embodies a modern culture and is committed to delivering excellence in the industry, then we invite you to take the leap and apply!
