Overview:
SEE TrainerBe part of the team at MAX and support people on their learning journey. We are expanding our team and would love you to join us! You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills trainingBe part of making a difference in the communityThe Opportunity:Use your experience to engage students, use effective learning techniques and maintain a student centred approachIdentify barriers to learning to support student attendanceBring learning to life for students and use different forms of communication to gain positive outcomesConduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirementsAbout you:Ability to work with diverse participantsBe a driven, supportive and community minded person, working with learners and in some regions, non-English speakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learningAble to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills to complete education and gain employmentHave the capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment at any given timeExcellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areaQualifications: Bachelor of Education, with TESOL or an undergraduate degree or teacher qualification with a Graduate Diploma or Education or post graduate TESOLKnowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferredNext steps: If you have a passion for helping people please click "apply" to find out more about the role.If you require an adjustment to the recruitment process for reasons of equal opportunity, please call a member of our Recruitment Team on 07 3727 1306 or email ****** before you submit your application.
