The Opportunity We require an individual who is passionate about helping students/workers reach their dreams through the provision of quality training programs. The role is focused on Traineeships and Apprenticeships. You will be required to establish a wide network of contacts and be able to confidently utilise databases to generate sales to meet monthly targets. This includes both B2B and B2C. Key Responsibilities · Evaluating training effectiveness to ensure that trainees learn from the workplace-based training or traineeship program. · Proven record as a Training & development professional. · Training people aligned to their occupation for them to be job-ready Planning and program development · Assisting host organizations to meet their strategic goals and achieve results through the programs · Planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of training activities · Creating training plans related to the field of study or scope of work for nominated trainees. · Liaising with managers and workplace supervisors of nominated trainees to develop performance improvement measures, conduct · Orienting sessions, and arranging on-the-job training for new trainees · Sourcing and accrediting potential employers to become host organizations for the traineeship program You will: · Have a demonstrated background in training/development. · Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people from all walks of life · Be an excellent communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including great attention to detail · Have high professional and ethical standards · An understanding of the VET sector would be highly regarded Join Queensford College and be a part of a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to creating possibilities for people from around the world.
