No previous Early Childhood Education and Care qualification required.
Current First Aid.
Current CPR.
Current Working with Children Check.
Child Protection Certificate.

Planning and implementing educational programs and experiences that empower children to lead their learning, from sparking creativity with storytelling, to becoming fearless adventurers in the outdoors.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children where messy and risky play is celebrated as a cornerstone of building resilience, creativity, and unforgettable memories.
Building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators because teamwork fuels the unforgettable and joyous moments shared in our Mini Masterminds community.
Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development from the first steps to the first day of kindergarten, ensuring no milestone goes undocumented (or uncelebrated!).
Leading the curriculum, implementation of experiences, and regular documentation while following the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
