This is a Sport, Aquatics & Recreation qualification, with emphasis on the Outdoor Education Industry, and would suit a year 12 leaver with a keen and genuine interest in outdoor pursuits.
What would this involve?
Work & Training would employ you for the duration of the traineeship.
You would be based at the Host Business, Monday to Friday.
Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays for the year.
Theory training conducted on-line and in the workplace with experienced trainers.
Mentoring and support provided throughout the traineeship.
Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.
Essential Criteria: Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to adhere to strict guidelines within the Catholic School Education framework.
Ability to work well in a team environment, with maturity, initiative & common sense.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
A genuine interest in the outdoor recreation area of education.
The successful candidate must: Have Employment registration under Registration to Work with Vulnerable People prior to commencing.. Be willing to acquire a Bronze Medallion qualification prior to commencing.
Desirable Criteria: Driver's Licence Level 2 Senior First Aid Qualification Wage: National Training Wage applies.
