Providing support to the Office Manager and Accounting teams through the coordination of day-to-day activities such as welcoming clients, answering and directing calls, administrative assistance, and ensuring the office is well presented. Liaising with external partners and stakeholders including ATO, ASIC, financial institutions, and legal firms. Preparation of documentation, photocopying, filing, and archiving. Attending to Tax lodgements. Greeting visitors and clients of the business. Handling and directing all inbound calls & emails. Handling incoming mail and preparing mail to send. Client data entry into our company software. Scheduling client appointments. Processing client requests as required. Stocktaking & ordering of office and staff supplies and/or equipment. General administration/reception duties including booking couriers, building maintenance, and coordinating deliveries. Maintaining the appearance of the front office and kitchen area. Office Petty Cash Management. Preparing, sending & receipting invoices. External Banking. Other ad hoc administration duties & facilitate change as directed by Partners or Office Manager. The successful applicant will possess strong customer service skills, presentation, and be confident and comfortable when face-to-face with customers.
