To complete the Certificate IV in Business Administration Traineeship, you will work over a fixed-term 12-month period full time while employed by TLC Healthcare.
TLC Learning will facilitate you to complete a nationally recognised Certificate IV Business Administration with ongoing employment opportunities.
This is a unique opportunity where you will gain administration experience in all business units across TLC Healthcare such as:
Corporate Front & Back OfficeSwitchboard OperationsResidential Aged Care ReceptionFunctions and EventsInitially based in our Head Office on St Kilda Road overlooking Albert Park, you will be trained in all TLC administration systems including switchboard operations, front office, Microsoft applications and delivering high-quality customer service.
You will also train onsite across various locations within central Melbourne to develop your new skills further and become an integral part of the TLC Administration team.
This is a role where agility is a key attribute for you to assist in providing stability to cover unplanned leave, surge requirements to continue developing all of the skills you have gained.
