We are looking for committed Early Childhood educators and Trainees with a passion for educating and caring for young children, to join our efficient and friendly team of educators at Bright Achievers ELC, a 40 place Early Childhood Education Service. We have full-time, part time and casual positions available, where you will make a real difference in the lives of the children in your care. We offer job security within our established early childhood environment with ongoing training and development offered to our team of educators.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing an educational programme of developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children in our care, and maintaining a high standard of care for the group of children assigned in consultation with the ECT/Director and in collaboration with a team of educators.
Qualifications required: Year 10, 11 or 12 for the Trainee position.Certificate III in (Children's Services) or equivalent as specified in the Education and Care Services National Law 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2018Current First Aid CertificateCompletion of Child Protection Course - Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk of HarmAnaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training, which meets requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulation 2018Working With Children Check Number.Desirable: Current class C driver's licenceKnowledge of applicable legislation/regulations. The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with the Children's Services Award 2010.
