Start your journey with our exclusive 12-month immersive trainee and apprentice program then a further 12-month traineeship designed to unlock your potential (total 24 months).
This will be your foundation as we continue to support you in achieving your qualification and empower you to shape your future.
This training is proudly funded by the Queensland Government through its Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative.

What's on offerIn the role of Workplace Health and Safety Trainee, you will form part of a team that ensures a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.
This is a unique role that will provide hands-on experience in health and safety, including risk assessments, incident investigations, and training.
You will contribute to a positive and productive work environment by promoting safety and well-being.
Identify and assess potential hazards to prevent accidents and injuries.
Assist conduct safety training and education to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety.
Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, with supervision.
Provide initial support and guidance to employees and managers on health and safety matters.
Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and standards.
Champion safety by leading by example and inspiring others to prioritise safety.

A self-starter eager to learn about workplace health and safety and employee wellbeing.
Good communicators with basic language, literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow instructions in a high-risk environment.
Successful completion of Year 12.
Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for the duration of the qualification and be able to work full-time.
