About the role We are on the lookout for multiple Trainee Warehouse Inventory Operators to join our team in our Helidon discrete manufacturing site. Reporting to Site Team Leader – Warehouse and Distribution, the Trainee Warehouse Inventory Operator role involves managing inventory and ensuring the efficient flow of materials critical to production.
This is a fast-paced environment where the successful candidates will oversee stock control, optimize storage solutions, and coordinate with production teams to anticipate material needs, all while maintaining accurate records and enforcing safety protocols.

What you will be doing Inventory Management: Oversee the tracking and organization of materials and supplies, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained. Material Handling: Coordinate the safe loading, unloading, and storage of materials, following proper handling procedures. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, usage, and orders to support efficient operations. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to anticipate material needs and ensure timely availability of supplies. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in material handling. What you will bring High school diploma or equivalent. Strong skills in maintaining accurate inventory records and managing stock levels. Understanding of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing setting. Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A team-oriented attitude, where it is in your nature to support your mates.
