Our client is also happy to consider a candidate with residential / commercial property management experience, who is wanting to get their foot in the door to the strata industry.
The position, but not limited to:
Full training provided before taking on your own portfolio (in house training facility)
Manage a mixed-use and well-maintained portfolio with a full handover
Implement compliance with the various obligations imposed under relevant strata and community title legislation and associated legislation
Assess and implement strata/community management agreements
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities
Participate in developing and establishing property and facilities contract
Skills & Experience:
Previous strata management, property or real estate experience is essential
Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
Excellent time management
Possess a level of high attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft software packages
Work collaboratively with all colleagues
Clean police clearance
Must be resilient and able to manage conflict in various scenarios
