Culture & Benefits: Up to $75,000 + meeting fee commissions (up to an extra $10K) (depending on experience) Work from home up to 2 days per week Placed 15 candidates here who LOVE it - Still there with excellent feedback Free secure parking Flexible hours on offer Dedicated training levy for you to apply to use for CPD points, or other courses upon approval Career advancement opportunities - role available due to internal promotion Work alongside a leadership team who value collaboration Social Club providing access to team functions and incentives Wind down on Friday afternoon with drinks and nibbles before heading home to enjoy your strata-free weekend Endless support from team assistants to ensure your focus is on providing ultimate customer service to your clients Work with innovative technology and systems The position, but not limited to: Manage a mixed-use and well-maintained portfolio Implement compliance with the various obligations imposed under relevant strata and community title legislation and associated legislation Assess and implement strata/community management agreements Coordinate maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities Participate in developing and establishing property and facilities contract Skills & Experience: Previous strata management or property management experience is highly advantageous  Outstanding communication, both written and verbal Excellent time management Possess a level of high attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft software packages Work collaboratively with all colleagues Clean police clearance  Must be resilient and able to manage conflict in various scenarios How to Apply:
