Our client is also happy to consider a candidate with residential / commercial property management experience, who is wanting to get their foot in the door to the strata industry.

The position, but not limited to:Full training provided before taking on your own portfolio (in house training facility)Manage a mixed-use and well-maintained portfolio with a full handoverImplement compliance with the various obligations imposed under relevant strata and community title legislation and associated legislationAssess and implement strata/community management agreementsCoordinate maintenance and repairs of properties and facilitiesParticipate in developing and establishing property and facilities contractSkills & Experience:Previous strata management, property or real estate experience is essentialOutstanding communication, both written and verbalExcellent time managementPossess a level of high attention to detailProficient with Microsoft software packagesWork collaboratively with all colleaguesClean police clearanceMust be resilient and able to manage conflict in various scenariosHow to Apply:
