About the Opportunity PICA Group's brand, BCS in Cairns, has a growth opportunity where you can grow your skills and move into a Strata Manager role with the support and mentoring of senior managers.
Starting as a Trainee Strata Manager, your duties will include: Maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all things strata. Facilitate and attend AGMs and other meetings. Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments. Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws. Maintain insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance. We're looking for someone who has: At least two years of experience in real estate or a similar industry. Strata management experience is preferred but not required. A love for building relationships and anticipating the needs of others. The ability to see problems or conflicts as opportunities. Pride in organising and planning yourself as well as others. Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements.
