Your Experience:
While prior recruitment experience isn't mandatory, we highly value commercial acumen, maturity, and a robust sales drive. The ability to thrive under pressure and react swiftly is essential, as is the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-touch industry within a down-to-earth environment. Ideally, you'll hail from a solid sales background or possess the confidence to market yourself while fervently pursuing a career in recruitment.
