They are a multi-brand dealership specialising in Kia, Toyota, Sanyong and Renault.
Our Host has a range of large dealerships across the Central Coast, each with its own service and repair centre.
Our host is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their fast-paced, customer-focused, and professional work environment.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet customers professionally and assist with enquiries, ensuring a welcoming experienceManage calls to schedule appointments and confirm bookingsContact customers to advise of any issues and provide updatesAddress customer concerns promptly over the phone or in personBook cars upon arrival, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth workflowLiaise with tradespeople to communicate customer requirements and service needsPerform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and update systemsDESIRED QUALITIES:Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with customersStrong communication skills, both in person and over the phoneAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamMature and professional attitude with a strong work ethicCapable of managing tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organisational and time-management skillsCurrent driver's licence (essential)Working Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:36 pm with the potential for overtime.
As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Automotive Administration through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 24 months with MTA (My Trade Start).
