The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Junior Receptionist & Administrator to join the Morgans Mackay Team, on a full-time 12-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right person. This entry-level position would be well suited for a recent high school graduate looking to gain hands-on experience and obtain a Cert 3 in Business Administration.
Ability to kickstart your career in administration
Ability to complete a certificate 3 in Business Administration

What you will be doing
Welcome clients, potential clients, and visitors to the office
Answer the telephone and take accurate messages in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Contact third party product providers (superannuation funds and insurance providers, etc.)
Diary management, booking and confirming appointments
Responsible for ordering stationery and office supplies
Manage and collect mail and banking
Scanning and filing
Payment of client bills, arranging funds transfers, and other general duties
Keep office and client meeting rooms tidy
Providing general assistance to the professional staff as required

Maintain an appropriate standard of dress and appearance to reflect the professional and corporate image of Morgans
Interest in Financial Planning and Stockbroking
