Triskele Labs have a rare and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team as Trainee Project Management Officer. This role is ideally suited to someone who is looking to start their career in Project Management with a professional, friendly and supportive organisation.

This role will be assisting with project management in the Service Delivery team. You will learn the ins and outs of how Triskele Labs integrates their services to external and internal clients.
We are looking for someone who will meet the following selection criteria:
Cert 3 Business highly regarded Completion of VCE or equivalent required IT literacy including, high level Excel and word skills Strong Communications Skills Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others. Be highly motivated and have a confident approach when dealing with people. Calm under pressure with ability to work efficiently Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise the workload to meet deadlines. Flexible in accepting work assignments and capable of following directions. Good personal presentation, commensurate with the Triskele Labs company dress code and with high professional standards. Open to learning new ways of working and thinking to ensure the quality of service being delivered exceeds Triskele Labs expectations. Understanding of other cultures and belief systems to function as part of a team. Traineeship The role will form part of an accredited 12 -18 month Cert 4 Project Management traineeship, encompassing study and on the job learning. Ideally, we hope that you will have gained experience and mastered the necessary skills during this time to be offered a permanent role on completion.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
Support project administration tasks: Review closed deals and collaborate with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to initiate new projects. Assist SDMs with various tasks, including uploading client reports. Contribute to weekly reporting as needed. Participate in portfolio audits as assigned. Aid in managing internal projects.
