You'll receive training from experienced operators, allowing you to enhance your technical skills and operational knowledge while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Assist experienced operators in daily tasks and learn best practices.
Participate in training programs to develop your skills in plant operations.
Contribute to a safety-focused work environment and adhere to all safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For: A strong desire to learn and develop a career in the quarrying and recycling industry.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
