Duties and responsibilities will include:Meeting and greeting our customersAssisting customers with purchasing new & used vehiclesProviding product informationSelling our used vehicles in line with monthly targetsData entry, complying and completing documentsProviding a high level of pre & post service to ensure customer satisfactionAssisting with introduction to Finance & Aftermarket departmentsFollowing prospective leads from internet, phone, social media, and repeat customersPerforming high quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations of used cars to customersMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, including features, condition, and warranty statusLiaising with other departments & outside vendors to ensure vehicles are delivered to a high standard and in a timely mannerAdhering to compliance, policies, and proceduresBeing creative, positive, and professionalWork hours are Monday to Friday and half-day Saturdays as required.
