Our 9-month Trainee Legal Assistant Program provides you with: On-the-job training and development, with rotations through 3 different legal teams so you can experience what it's like to work in different areas of the firm.
A comprehensive orientation and learning program.
A dedicated buddy/coach within each of your 3 rotations who will teach and guide you when undertaking tasks and offer advice along the way.
A dedicated Team Leader who will support and coach you through your entire program and beyond.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a permanent Legal Assistant role within one of our legal teams.
