Trainee Growers – South Wales – Aged 16-24 We are looking for enthusiastic youngsters to join our team for six months and learn about growing vegetables, without chemicals or artificial fertilisers.
These are Kickstart roles, which means you will work at least 25 hours a week, and full training will be given by our experienced growers.
Your own transport is required as we are rurally based and you will also need to have local accommodation, either in Gower or Swansea.
Pay is hourly and minimum wage.
Responsibilities: All aspects of crop husbandry.Picking and packing of vegetables ready for market.Meeting the physical demands of the job.We are a 700 acre+ mixed family farm, which is slowly transitioning towards regenerative practices.
