The Star Gold Coast is where relaxation seamlessly intertwines with thrilling entertainment.As a Trainee Games Dealer, you will be provided with paid training to learn this new skill and once completed, you will have an extensive game knowledge in either Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette or Poker as well as various minor games and chip work abilities that are world renown.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our local, interstate and international guests.Interviews are set to be held mid-June with successful applicants commencing on the 23rd July 2024.A few of your responsibilities:  Deal games you are deemed competent in with proficiency and accuracyMaintain a high level of confidentiality and game awareness to protect the integrity of the game and the playersPromptly report any potential breach of game security to a SupervisorEnsure that the assigned games are fully equipped and functional at all times, escalating any defects or missing equipmentMaintain thorough knowledge of gaming rewards program and other property promotionsWhat we are looking for:Outstanding customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Maths, ability to tackle Mathematic problems without a calculatorAttention to detail & high level of concentrationFlexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following trainingAbout you:?As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
