Your Role as Front Office CoordinatorYou will be the first point of contact for our patients, making a lasting impression and ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and cared for. Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting and Assisting Patients: Create a warm and welcoming environment for all patients.Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage the appointment calendar to meet patients' needs and support clinic flow.Handling Inquiries: Answer phone calls, emails, and questions in a friendly, professional manner.Patient Education: Explain dental procedures, treatment plans, and payment options clearly and compassionately.Billing and Payments: Process payments, manage insurance claims, and handle basic financial transactions.Team Support: Assist the Dentists and clinical team by coordinating treatment plans and follow-ups.Converting Leads: Support the conversion of new inquiries into long-term patients by delivering exceptional service.What We're Looking For:A positive attitude and a willingness to learn — no prior Dental experience is required!Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to connect with patients and colleagues professionally.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills and a comfort with learning new systems and software.A team player who is reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic.We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed.
