This is the type of environment where you enter, and the atmosphere is one of helpfulness and striving for excellence.Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to service and maintain automated paint dispensing equipment across the UK, mainly focused across the belt from Bristol to Reading.If you are looking for an opportunity to get into Field Service, this is a unique chance as our client will train you from scratch.Ideally, you will have some hands-on experience, perhaps you're just coming out of the Forces, you've worked in the building or construction trade, or you just wish to get into an engineering/field service role. The key is your attitude and willingness & ability to learn.The role of Field Service Engineer:Work on the servicing and maintenance of paint dispensing equipment.Attend scheduled service & maintenance appointments at customer sites.Be on call occasionally to attend reactive maintenance at customer sites if required.Communicate with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.Experience / Background RequiredExperience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment would be beneficial but not essential.Can demonstrate good practical/hands-on skills with a natural desire to solve problems.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work well in a team and get people organised.Experience working with MS Office or similar software.You will be part of an exciting and collaborative environment designed to enable you to reach your optimum potential.
