About the role This position is a combination of training and working to provide a high standard of Education and Care to children.
The role is suited for candidates who are considering to pursue a career in Early Education and Care, and would like to gain experience simultaneously as an Educator within an Education and Care Centre.
Essential qualifications and experience: Actively studying or willing to undertake Certificate III Early Education and Care course.
Posses or willing to undertake First Aid certification Ability to develop appropriate and sustained relationships with children Demonstrated awareness of the rights of the child.
Ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, colleagues and other stakeholders.
Additional requirements for the role: CRCS employees must hold a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People or Working With Children Check registration and have this with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
CRCS employees are required to undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment.
Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may affect their eligibility to work or performing the inherent requirements of their position.
