You will achieve this by: Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team membersComplying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and RequirementsBuilding and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and familiesActively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre teamSupporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvementContributing to a professional and positive work cultureTo be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificate other than in childcare will still be eligible.
