Your Impact As a Trainee Educator at Goodstart, you will be dedicated to giving children the best possible start to their school journey. With the support of your Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators, you will be empowered to forge your career whilst working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
You will achieve this by: Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team membersComplying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and RequirementsBuilding and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and familiesActively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre teamSupporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvementContributing to a professional and positive work cultureTo be eligible for a Traineeship, you must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificate other than in childcare will still be eligible.
