About the Role We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated T rainee Educator to join our Kensington Centre team on a Permanent Full-Time basis (Monday to Friday).
You will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of our young learners.
Work in partnership with our Early Childhood Teacher to support our children and foster their social, emotional, and intellectual growth in a play-based environment.
What You'll Do Create and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning and development.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement.
Develop strong relationships with children and their families to support their educational journey.
Collaborate with a team of educators to plan and coordinate lessons and activities.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
What We're Looking For Willing to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Experience working with children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
Valid WA Working with Children's Check.
