About the Employer
Established in 2012, Koodaideri Contracting Services (KCS) specializes in the dry and wet hire of plant and equipment to the construction and mining industries. KCS has exciting long-term opportunities with a major mining company seeking experienced and suitably qualified Rigger/Dogman and Open ticket Crane Operators for long-term shutdown work in the Pilbara Region. We are also seeking interest in traineeship for Rigger/Dogman and Craneage Operators.
This opportunity will involve working on mine sites and on-country as per client requirements. Our Trainees will be responsible for general labouring and yard duties. We will work with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and Indigenous Trusts to create and access a dedicated training program tailored to up-skilling anyone with aspirations to become competent operators.

White Card Active Drivers Licence Willingness to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical Willingness to work on-site Willingness to work set rosters Willingness to operate plant and equipment Enthusiastic about learning how to operate plant and equipment on-site Willingness to undertake electrical works Time management and attention to detail Commitment to work health and safety Proactive, team-oriented, with the ability to also work autonomously Understanding of Aboriginal culture Salary will be based on experience.
