Programmed Training Services, in partnership with a local Hunter Valley crane company, are offering the opportunity to gain a national recognised qualification as a Trainee Crane Operator, which will be delivered over a two (2) year period.The RoleThis role will be located in our Singleton or Muswellbrook NSW site.If you have a positive attitude, excellent communication and problem solving skills, enjoy hands-on learning and are passionate about making a career within the role, then you are encouraged to apply.Driver's License with reliable transportation is mandatory, together with attending TAFE NSW block release training in Annandale (Sydney). The position may require work on mine sites and the ability to work away from home and night shift.Skills and experience required:Completion of Secondary Schooling to a Year 12 levelWork experience in the industry (desirable) - Crane or construction.Intermediate mathematical knowledgeA willingness to work as part of a team and have exceptional communicationMotivated to pursue a career in the crane industryExcellent safety cultureThe ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular drug & alcohol screening tests.Located within 1 hour of Singleton or MuswellbrookA current C class driver's licence and own transportInherent RequirementClean driving record - minimal infringements in the past 3 years.
