Trainee Community Workers (Aged Care) - Sans Sourci

This role is for you!
Key Features: Family-friendly hours.Train on the job and complete your studies whilst being paid.Full on-the-job training provided.Regular clients and hours.Permanent part-time roles.Flexible days/hours, as long as your availability is between 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.Minimum 15 hours a week, and work up to 30+ hours a week.Excellent incentives and working conditions.The hourly rate starts from $24.65+ per hour (part-time).Must have a reliable vehicle, with an NSW driver's licence.Working in the local Sans Souci area.Receive pay for km's and time traveling between clients.Are you caring, supportive, reliable, and have a great attitude?
Do you have a reliable car, a current NSW driver's licence, and are fully COVID-19 vaccinated?
Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation, is seeking new team members to join their local team in the region.
No experience is required; we will train you in Certificate III in Individual Support, and you will be paid to attend buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days.
When you start your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks.
As you progress, you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more!
What we are seeking: Have a great attitude.Be reliable.Willingness to learn and work.Ability to pass a National Police Check (we will get this for you).Ability to pass and receive a Working with Vulnerable Persons Card (WVPC).Have a current NSW driver's licence.Have a reliable, registered vehicle, with full comprehensive insurance.Have regular availability.Be an AU, NZ Citizen, or Permanent Resident to access State Funding for the course/program.Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 9:00am to 4:00pm.
You will be visiting clients in their homes and supporting them with services, which may include:
Domestic Assistance.Shopping trips.Personal Care (dressing, showering, grooming, etc).Meal Preparation.Transportation.To & from Medical Appointments.Social Activities.Respite.If this sounds like an opportunity for you, please apply here.
