In the role of Business Support Trainee, you will form part of a team that provides essential administrative and operational support.
This is a unique role that will provide hands-on experience in various business functions, including document management, data entry, and customer service.
You will contribute to the smooth running of the City by providing efficient and accurate administrative assistance.
Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.Assist with general administrative support services.Support the preparation and prioritisation of meetings and day-to-day work activities.Manage and prioritise inboxes, calendars and schedules.Perform data entry, filing and document management.Enhance administration services and provide suggestions for improvement.Who we are looking for We are committed to developing skilled trainees and apprentices into future City leaders.
