About the Role
This full-time trainee role combines business development with marketing coordination.
You'll help identify new business opportunities while supporting marketing and promotional efforts, increasing awareness and driving growth across various health and forensic markets.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Research and engage potential clients in clinical trials, forensic labs, and blood management, through outreach, calls, and conferences.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with partners, such as software companies and racking suppliers, to leverage shared networks for leads.Sales and Demonstrations: Participate in product demos, assess client needs, and support proposal development.Marketing and Promotions: Design and update flyers and presentations, assist with social media updates, and help organize attendance at conferences to promote HealthRFID's products.Candidate Profile
We seek a motivated sales and marketing professional eager to learn about complex markets and health technology.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or strong sales experience.Sales Experience: Skilled in building relationships, lead generation, and progressing sales tactfully.
Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.Marketing Savvy: Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, and social media platforms to support promotional activities.Professional Presence: Polished communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with tools like Salesforce and PowerPoint, with adaptability for new software.Why Join Us?
