Part-time (3 - 5 days a week) positions are available, and you can work up to full-time hours.
Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm, and 2:30pm to 10:00pm.

The hourly rate starts from $24.65 per hour.

We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly, who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company.
Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Healthcare organisation, is seeking new team members to join their Aged Care team.

No experience is required.

We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new residents.
You will be offered a set 24-month contract for the traineeship, with locked-in shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you during recruitment.
The trainee is expected to be completed within 12 - 15 months, once all your on-the-job and accredited training is completed.

What we are seeking: Have a great attitude Be reliable Willingness to learn and work Ability to pass/present a clear National Police Check, or willing to obtain Working Rights in Australia Have regular availability (minimum 3 days a week) Good communication skills Want to work and care for the elderly? Prepared to learn (on the job and in class) to complete your traineeship in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021) Shifts: Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, at the following times:

AM - 6:00am to 2:30pm

PM - 2:30pm to 10:00pm

To begin with, you will be offered Monday to Friday, AM shifts ONLY - until you complete your fast-tracked accredited training units and are signed off with your on-the-job training by our Clinical Team.
Once completed your initial sign-off (from supernumerary shifts), you can start working PM shifts and weekends as well.

Services: Personal Care (showering, dressing, grooming) Meal assistance Toileting assistance Bed making, room tidying up The setting of tables and meals for residents Social activities Ability to listen, build a rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staff Complete documentation Follow policies and procedures Complete your accredited and mandatory training, as part of your role.
