Nes Fircroft is currently seeking an experienced
full-time, on-site Senior Traffic Management Planner
to join our client in the Greater Perth Area. As a Senior Traffic Management Planner, you will be at the helm of our planning operations, taking charge of everything from the initial sketches to the final implementation. You'll work closely with our internal RTM team and employ your expertise to design comprehensive traffic management plans. With a focus on safety and efficiency, your role will be pivotal in steering all projects to successful conclusions.
What you will need
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Qualifications in Traffic Management Planning (AWTM)
Current Driver's Licence and White Card
Proficiency in AutoCAD
At least 3 years of Traffic Planning experience (more is a bonus!)
In-depth understanding of Austroads Guide to Temporary Traffic Management (AGTTM) & MRWA C.O.P
Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Sound administrative skills and computer literacy

What your day will look like:
Your daily tasks will primarily involve:
Designing traffic management plans in accordance with relevant legislation, company policies, and standards
Ensuring all plans are accurate, efficient, and completed on time
Conducting risk and hazard assessments, and documenting control measures
Consulting with stakeholders such as clients, road authorities, local councils, and emergency services
Managing permit applications and other procedural requirements
Communicating operational requirements to the team for plan implementation
