On behalf of my client, a leading player in the infrastructure and transport industry, I am seeking Traffic Management Designers to join their growing teams in Brisbane and Melbourne. These roles are integral to ensuring the safe and efficient management of traffic flow during major construction and infrastructure projects across the region.

About the Role: As a Traffic Management Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative and compliant Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and Traffic Management Plans (TMP). You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver safe, effective solutions that meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed TGS and TMP using industry-standard design tools.Ensure all designs comply with local legislation, Austroads, MUTCD, and state-specific guidelines.Conduct site assessments to evaluate traffic flow and safety requirements.Liaise with councils, contractors, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals.Provide expert advice on traffic control and risk mitigation strategies for construction projects.Revise and adapt designs to incorporate feedback or address project challenges.Stay informed about updates in traffic management standards and best practices.What We're Looking For: Proven experience in traffic management design or related disciplines.Proficiency with design tools like AutoCAD or RapidPlan.Solid understanding of road safety standards and traffic management legislation.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Current Traffic Management Design accreditation (highly regarded).Why Work for Our Client?
