Traffic Management Designer/Planner

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Traffic Management Designer/Planner with at least 3 years experience in a similar role who wants to grow their career with a rapidly growing tier one traffic management and control company with a national footprint.
You will be responsible for developing TGS and traffic management plans for Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast clients and this will involve regular site visits and regional Queensland clients will be serviced via Microsoft Teams.
You will need to liaise with various stakeholders including clients, internal teams and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and smooth traffic flow.
It is a permanent role and paying between $110k - $150k (can be negotiable based on experience) plus vehicle, fuel, laptop, phone.

DescriptionKey Duties: Design Traffic Plans: Develop effective traffic management plans and traffic guidance schemes (TGS) that comply with all relevant laws, policies, and procedures.Client Interaction: Consult with clients to understand and meet their traffic management requirements.Safety Evaluation: Perform comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with key stakeholders such as road authorities, local councils, police, and public transport organizations.Accuracy and Deadlines: Ensure precision in all traffic plans and timely execution.Operational Support: Contribute to daily operational tasks to improve traffic management efforts.Team Contribution: Support various operational activities and initiatives within the organization.
ProfileEssential Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience in traffic management planning is preferred.
