This role offers the chance to coordinate traffic management requirements across multiple key contracts.Key responsibilities include:Liaising with site foremen and traffic controllers.Organizing daily traffic rosters.Conducting onsite audits.Maintaining traffic run sheets.Managing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and ensuring necessary permits are applied for.Handling traffic invoices.Notifying Public Transport Victoria (PTV) and bus and tram companies of upcoming works.Raising purchase orders.Monitoring traffic management resources.Supporting Project Managers in aligning traffic costs with estimates and conducting periodic audits.What You'll Bring to the TeamDemonstrated expertise and credentials in traffic management and planning are essential.Proven ability to develop comprehensive traffic management plans and collaborate effectively with traffic management companies to ensure all requirements are met.A pragmatic understanding of which tasks can be managed internally versus those that require third-party outsourcing.Skilled in contributing to new tenders, specifically in addressing and validating traffic management requirements.Ability to articulate traffic management risks and adjust risk profiles based on changes in the number of traffic management resources.Capable of visiting job sites and conducting site audits to ensure our management plans are followed.Exceptional skills in customer service, ensuring client needs and expectations are met.Why you should work with usOur people are what make Abergeldie successful, and we make sure that this is the kind of place where great people enjoy working for the long term.
